To share this unique splendor with qualified buyers, we have created an all-inclusive Fly & Buy Program.

This program includes ground transportation from the Liberia airport in Costa Rica to our Lake Arenal and Playa Naranjo properties, four nights’ deluxe lodging, meals and return transportation on the fifth day to the airport. For those wishing to extend your visit in the country, you would simply cover all your own additional trip expenses and accommodations. When you arrive in Costa Rica, you’ll be met by our driver who will escort you to our enchanting Lake Arenal community, which is a little over an hour from the Liberia airport. You’ll stay in one of our luxurious lakeside homes or guest casitas (based on occupancy) as well as one night at our Playa Naranjo beach community and spend the next five days with our staff enjoying Costa Rican hospitality and viewing our stunning lake and beach properties. We’ll host an authentic Costa Rican dinner just for you at our Buena Vista I Clubhouse. Please be sure to bring comfortable shoes for hiking in our spectacular rainforest, and horseback-riding and special adventures we will have planned for your time with us.

Once we’ve confirmed availability for your accommodations based on your personally requested travel dates, you’ll then book and purchase your airfare(s) to the Liberia International Airport located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Should you decide to purchase one of our Buena Vista Properties, upon close of escrow, we will credit back to you up to $1,500 for couple or $750 for single person. This package is valued at over $3,000 per couple. These luxury accommodations are being offered to our pre-qualified clients only and limited to each Fly & Buy group of five couples. All we request is that you bring a cashier’s check, made payable to yourself, in the amount of $5,000. This check may be used as a deposit should you decide to purchase from us. However, if you decide that our properties are not for you, you can return the cashier’s check to your bank for full credit. A copy of your cashier’s check must accompany your Accommodations Request Form in order to be processed.

Our Fly and Buy Program is designed to answer all of your questions while enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Lake Arenal. Title to the property you purchase is fee-simple and insured by LandAmerica Commonwealth Title of Central America. Financing is available at favorable rates.
