1. What is the size of the apartments?
Costa Linda apartments range in size from 73 m2 to 93 m2
2. What are the prices of the apartments?
Costa Linda Apartments prices vary from $160 000* to $ 280 000*
3. Why do the prices vary?
The layout is the same for the all apartments, but the price depends on the floor and location, this either be looking towards the common areas or the outskirts of the condominium.
4. What is the layout of the apartments?
All apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one Studio or T.V room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area and terrace/balcony.
5. What are the condominium facilities/amenities?
The condominium has swimming pools, a multi-purpose room, BBQ ranch area, playground and large green areas.
6. Do the apartments come with parking area?
Yes, the condominium has ample parking space but no parking , however no fixed spaces are given, since the whole parking is open to all the owners.
7. Is the parking under cover?
No it is not under cover, but possible the directing board will be in agreement eventually to roof the parking.
8. Does a maintenance fee has to be paid?
Yes, at present we still don?t know how much the maintenance fee is going to be; an approximate fee is in between $150.00 and $200.00 per month.
9. Who manages this?
The condominium will have a managing company in charge of collecting the fees and caring for the condominium.
10. Are the apartments furnished?
No, they are not furnished, but they all have closets, kitchen cabinet, hot water heater, lavatories, toilets, and you can choose your ceramic tile.
11. Where exactly is the project located?
The project is located 100 meters north and 25 meters east of the Best Western Hotel, Jacó Beach.
12. How many storys does each tower have?
Costa Linda will have nine seven story buildings with four apartments on each floor.
13. When are the apartments scheduled to be completed?
Delivery will be between 12 and 18 months.
14. Will the common areas be completed when the first apartments are delivered?
Yes, the apartments will be delivered with all common areas completed.
15. How is the security?
Security is one of our great advantages since we have 24 hours security; we will have a guard house at the main entrance of the condominium and watchmen inside the complex. Each apartment will have intercoms for visitor access control.
16. Do you offer any type of financing?
Yes, we are financing up to 70% for both nationals and foreigners.
17. How do you handle financing?
While the apartments are under construction and ready for delivery, legal and paper work formality expenses are divided into 12 to 18 month payments according to the chosen deadline and the 30% down payment. At the time for signing papers the previous mentioned expenses are already covered and the apartment is delivered to you to be financed by the bank.
18. Which banks do you work with?
We work with all national banks.
19. What do the banks require for the loan application?
The main requirements are: Curriculum Vitae, salary report, copy of social security employer certificate, copy of your ID, bank account statement for the past 3 months, total income certificate, and credit card account statement.
20. How much will my monthly payments be?
This varies according to the price of the apartment. For instance, a $120,000.00 apartment with 70% financing would have monthly payments of approximately $780.00.
21. Can I rent out the apartment?
Yes, you may rent the apartment out to others.
