Concasa carefully selects locations and building styles to ensure the investor receives the highest possible value for their investment. Costs are kept low by building “en mass” that is: large projects in which economy of scale can be attained without sacrificing quality. Our experience in management, and our philosophy of being self-sufficient, has made us one of the most competitive builders in Latin America. To keep costs low, we purchase building materials in bulk and often have our own cement factory on site. We use sod and plants from our own nurseries and we are skilled at making complex forms for concrete, thus lowering the cost of construction. We can build a high quality multistory structure in the same time as many builders require building a standard home. The result for you? A very well built property at a great price.
