Prior to moving to Costa Rica in 1998, Mr. Savage enjoyed positions with Marriott Hotels (5 years) and Charter Equities Commercial Real Estate Group Asset Management Services Inc. (12 years).

Larry met Eduardo Acosta during his 3-1/2 year tenure as a Sales Representative for Los Sueños Resort. Larry then founded Costa Rica's most recognized property management company called Stay In Costa Rica [www.StayInCostaRica.com] Stay In Costa Rica has gained a solid reputation with it's ability to satisfy thousands of guests with a portfolio of managed assets valued over $90,000,000. This was crucial in establishing the integrity necessary to launch the release of a new community. Buyers felt comfortable dealing with that kind of credibility.

Larry is quick to share any recognition with Erica, his wife of 14 years. "Her stability and support have provided the foundation for any success I have achieved. " They will be moving into their new Las Nubes Home this September. When Larry is not selling or managing Real Estate, he can often be found sharing his love for surfing with his friends and his two young sons.
