Cielo Vista is mountain top development. These will be minimum 4,300 square feet custom home lots featuring ocean views. They are located on top mountain ridge above and behind the Las Nubes development stretching across the ridge to above and behind Reserva Las Lomas. Currently the mountain top is being engineered but the development is still in the design phase. We anticipate a site plan to be completed within the next six weeks. Because interest in this development has been high we will accept a $5,000 refundable deposit to secure reservation to choose a lot once they have been completed. The lots will be starting at approximately $300,000.
