Getting to our properties
There are very few places in the world that can offer such an incredible diversity of scenery, climate and vacation pleasures as Costa Rica, especially when you realize that the country is only150 miles wide from ocean to ocean and 250 miles long from border to border.
We will transport you and your guests through the tropical Costa Rican countryside to view our breathtaking properties. These romantic, exotic lots overlooking the palm-fringed Pacific Ocean and towering mountain ranges, offer a spectacular view of hundreds of species of trees, lush tropical plants, flowers, monkeys and varieties of birds, including toucans, parrots, and humming birds.

Day 1: Arrival in San Jose
There are many different airlines that you can book flights through to San Jose, Costa Rica. Some airlines offer 3 and 4 day return flights and others offer 7 day return flights. Check with your travel agent for availability.
Once you have booked your flight arrangements, complete the 'client visit application' and we will confirm your reservation at your hotel. Once you have arrived in San Jose you simply transfer to your hotel and depending on the time you arrive you may be able to take in some sights and enjoy the day.

Day 2: Transfer to our property
In the morning you will transfer to our properties via a spectacular 20 minute commuter flight down the coast to a nearby airport in the town of 'Tambor' (we'll make all necessary flight arrangements on your behalf). A representative will meet you there and drive you and your party to our properties.

As our guests you will stay, complimentary, for the next 2 nights at the Barcelo All Inclusive Resort, locate in Tambor just minutes from our property. Once checked in, you will begin the guided tour through our properties where you will really get to know Costa Rica. Our guides speak English, Spanish and French.

Day 3: Explore the Area
You will have the entire day to view the properties and the surrounding areas. Either enjoy the day by the pool, re-visit some selected properties to help you make a buying decision, drive to our other sites, visit homes we've built or are building, talk to people in the area, or simply take some photo's. You may also want to visit our beaches, explore the rain forest, look for business opportunities or discuss building options.

Day 4: Breakfast & Return Transfer to San Jose
In the morning, after breakfast, we will drive you back to the airport in Tambor where you and your party will return via the commuter flight to San Jose. You should arrive back at the hotel by mid day where you have the entire day to relax or explore the city.
If you are scheduled to return home on this day, please ensure that your international flight is scheduled for after 2:00pm, leaving enough time to check in at the international airport.

Day 5 and 6: San Jose
Costa Rica has something appealing for everyone. City-oriented people will find San Jose a perfect place for strolling, shopping, dining out, playing the odds at south of France style casinos, or enjoying an opera or ballet. Adventure-oriented travelers will find the opportunity to hike through one of the many National Parks, surf some of the best waves in the world, tour through the cloud forests or play a round of golf.

Day 7: Your return home
We're sure that Costa Rica will become one of the most memorable trips of your life, and we look forward to your return. Don't forget to bring home some Costa Rican coffee.
