One of the commonly asked questions we hear early in the home building process is "What types of appliances and furniture are available to me"?

The answer is simple; generally everything that is available in USA or Canada is available here.

Appliances are selected by you and shipped right to your door, most major makes and models are available including all warrantees and service. Even gas ranges are available if you prefer.

Although many different makes and styles of furniture are available, if you truly want a unique Costa Rican home, may we suggest custom furniture. There is such a demand for quality custom and uniquely designed beds, dressers, entertainment units, chairs, couches and desks, kitchens, doors and windows that we have responded by contracting custom carpenters and cabinet makers to suit our clients needs. These skilled carpenters build with domestic wood that is twice as dense as North American oak and our designs and building techniques are indigenous to Costa Rica.

There are also many towns located in Costa Rica that specialize in custom furniture. One such town is called 'Sarchi' and is located one hour outside of San Jose. Artisans in this town will ship furniture to you anywhere in Costa Rica.
