JP Wilson Development is offering for a very active and strong Vacation Rental Program (VRP) at it's magnificent lake and beach front resort condo community. As more and more people are becoming aware of the natural beauty of Costa Rica and it's desirous location, we are confident that the demand for quality, family oriented vacations will draw many renters to us.
There will be an on-site Property Management / Vacation Rental building that will serve as the offices for our VRP. Here renters will check in and find everything necessary to assist them in enjoying a relaxing stay. The VRP will be supported by its own website dedicated to attracting renters.
We anticipate that the typical "in season" home / condo renter will wish to rent a unit for a week at a time. The "in season" runs from December until May though an owner could expect vacation rental activity throughout the year. There will also be plenty of demand for 2-4 night stays year round-especially from Costa Ricans living in San Jose who want to escape to the beach and take a break from city living.
In all, owners wishing to rent their homes, condominiums or townhouses with us should experience a very nice return on investment when they are not enjoying their units themselves!
