Buena Vista V boasts 19 marvelous lake & volcano view lots, and features properties along the peaceful Sabalito River.  The project is tucked up next to a large nature preserve that contains monkeys, sloths, various birds and other wildlife.  This pastoral environment with its rolling hills and views that go on forever will allow for full relaxation and enjoyment of the tranquil surroundings.
There are two river Estate lots remaining, both with main entry gates and one with over 300 meters of river frontage.

The Club House and Swimming Pool have been completed, and there is a 90 meter teak pole and glass windscreen that borders on the pool and Club House.  This allows for enjoyment of the pool even on windy days.

The delightful nearby village of Tronadora has a general store, small shops, a soccer field and a school.  Everyday items can be purchased here and the country setting is perfect for a scenic drive.

Tilaran is the neighboring town with much more shopping, banks, medical facilities, a post office and restaurants with a variety of food choices.  From there, you have easy access to the western beaches of Nicoya and Guanacaste, or to the famous Monteverde Cloud Forest.  It is about a 3 ½ hour drive to San Jose, and 1 ½ hour drive to Liberia – Both cities contain International Airports.
